As Fitness Australia is a governing body for our industry, you will also find plenty of content available on their website. However, part of the reason we are “Internationally-recognised” is that we like students to look further abroad at what else is happening in the industry around the world, and what others are having success with.

A great example of this is when you reach your strength and conditioning components and you need to complete a screening for a client that is different to what you would have seen in the health and wellness industry to date.
